Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded until returned to us.
